Delivery information

Delivery charges are calculated on weight in the shopping cart.

For mainland UK charges are as follow;

Up to 2kg   £5.00 3 – 5 working days

Up to 2kg £10.00 express 1- 3 working days

2.01kg – 10kg   £10.00 1 – 3 working days

10.01kg – 15kg £12.00 1-3 working days

15.01kg – 25kg   £15.00 1 – 3 working days

25.01 – 30kg £30 1 – 3 working days

A tracking number will be provided by email when your order is despatched.

All services exclude weekends and bank holidays

For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Isle of Scilly please allow 5 – 7 working days.  Express 1-2 day services are available to these areas at additional cost.

In the unlikely event of an item being damaged in transit PLEASE notify us immediately and if possible take a photograph.

After 24 hours we are unable to make a claim against the couriers and we will be unable to provide a refund.
